Umbrella Quality Control System in IdealRain
Obviously, quality control plays a very important role in the whole production.
Idealrain knows well that product quality is the most important factor for lasting business.
So we conduct strict quality control system in umbrella manufacturing.
Here below is several ways to guarantee the product quality from our factory self-own part.
1.INCOMING QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTION: RAW MATERIAL/INCOMING COMPONENTS
First step, when raw material comes to warehouse, the umbrella frame, fabric, handle, carton, label and accessories, we have our QC to check the material in randomly and give to the sales department to confirm together with the report, for the defects ones, we put away at the reject area and return to supplier or get them reworked, finally keep it in record to become the report.
2.IN-PROCESS QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTION
we do quality inspection during the production, check randomly from each steps, like cutting, sewing, stitching, package, once the defects found, give solution how to rework, and pay more attention on those steps. And we have it keep in record.
3. FINAL QUALITY CONTROL AND REPORT
In the end of production, before storage in Finished product warehouse, we also do the inspection, we do randomly checking to make sure each products packed properly and meet customer's request, like the barcode, hangtag, SKU no.etc.
Finally, Our QC made the FRI inspection according to AQL2.5/4.0 and some at AQL 1.5/4.0. We can show our report to you before shipment
4.TRAINING PROGRAM FOR STAFF
There is training program provided for new workers and the quality control staff;
There is routine training lessons for the new workers and regular training courses for the quality inspection staffs.
5.CERTIFICATE AND REPORT
BSCI audit and ISSO certificate and Alibaba onsite check each year, all of our product can pass the product test like eco friendly, Azo free, RPET, Reach, Pahs, UV, windproof, waterproof ect.
6.EASE CUSTOMER CONCERN-AGREEMENT
A.Can sign an AGREEMENT:
all goods can be 100% correspond to the customers request, In case of
Mistake, our factory promise to send substitute items FREE OF CHARGE within 40 days.
B.After sales guarantee: 2 weeks after the order is free customs ETA Within this 2 weeks ; customer will get FREE OF CHARGE substitute items for all defect goods.
C.MERCHANDISE CONTROL: before the goods leave the factory, customer can also send inspector to factory for a qualified inspection report.
with all of above points to ease customer's concern about our quality, and we are also improving ourselves all the time, to do our best, to make best product.
